With the four game win streak, came lots of hope that this team can make the playoffs. Then came the three game losing streak(after bye week) against good teams, and reality set in. I view the Seattle game as a playoff game, win and you are in the driver seat of division and road to the playoffs. But penalties and turnovers amongst other things, showed this team is not good enough or ready for the post season. Can they still make the playoffs, that door is not closed but it is almost closed. A miracle would be needed to win out and see others lose out for that to happen. I think this team will win more games than I was thinking before the season started, but overall it is heading in right direction. We could use a Wide Receiver who can get separation, Defense Line needs draft help, Offense line also but the defense can use lots of help, in draft and free agency, not sure who to spend money on, a article will be addressed about that later. A couple winnable games coming up with pretty easy schedule to finish out the season. At this point watch them watch others in division see how it plays out. Even IF got lucky enough to get in playoffs this team not going anywhere but to the fan base something to build hope for the future and see how offseason plays out. Budda Baker needs to be signed to two year deal he has been heart and soul of this defense for years. His 18 tackles in the Seattle game can attest to that.
